No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances.
Items are sold as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
All products are used unless specifically marked otherwise.
Each item is graded with the following condition system:
A+ — Brand New: Used this year only or not used, but out of the box.
A — Excellent: Used but in excellent condition with minimal wear.
B — Fair: Used in fair condition, may have visible signs of age or wear.
C — Imperfect: Used and may have imperfections or some lights not working.
D — Not Working: Used and not working as intended. Sold strictly for parts, repair, or decorative value only.
Because the items are used and have been displayed outdoors, some signs of aging are expected, and small sections of lights may be inoperable even in higher-grade categories.
Buyers may test items at the time of pickup.
After the item leaves the premises, the sale is considered fully complete and accepted in its current condition.
All items are pickup only from Coffs Harbour (or your specific location if you want it added).
Each product listing will show its pickup timeline:
“Available Now” – Item can be collected immediately after purchase.
“Available Jan 2026” – Item will be ready for collection after the final Christmas lights display concludes. You will be contacted to arrange pickup.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller is not responsible for:
Any future malfunction or deterioration after pickup.
Any damage caused during installation or use.
Any incompatibility with the buyer’s existing equipment or setup.
The buyer accepts all responsibility for installation, operation, and safe use of the lights.
